Pomegranate Martini

70ml The Botanist Gin
1 generous tbsp fresh pomegranate arils
15ml Great British Vermouth

Inspired by Botanist Gin for a festive martini perfect for winters evenings.

Muddle pomegranate arils with gin and allow to steep for 1-2 hours, gently shaking every hour. Strain the infused gin and add vermouth to a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill.

Serve with a sprig of fresh thyme or mint from the garden with some pomegranate arils.
