Blackberries

Rosemary Sprigs

35ml Great British Vermouth

Fizz (Soda Water, Prosecco or Champagne)

Honey

Muddle a generous handful of blackberries in Great British Vermouth, stirring in honey to sweeten to suit your taste. Add ice and top up with fizz of your choice. Stir with your rosemary sprig and serve.

For (safe) parties, muddle the berries and our vermouth in each glass and add the rosemary sprig. When guests arrive, toss in ice, pour in your fizz and hand to them to enjoy.
