Parisian Light

25ml Great British Vermouth
25ml Crème de Cassis (we used White Heron British Cassis)
50ml Fevertree Mexican Lime Soda
Sprig of Thyme to garnish

Either combine in a shaker with ice, strain and serve or simply mix in a chilled glass and top with a sprig of thyme to enjoy.
